There’s very little to actually do, now that the curse had been broken. Before, she’d at least had the luxury of paperwork to keep her time occupied, and a son to keep her on her toes. Now, she had no paperwork, and she had no son. She had an empty house, but there was only so much one could do on their own, stuck behind walls because those outside them wanted her dead — or worse. At least they were still afraid of her. Intimidation had always worked in her favour, a means to keep the mindless idiots away and her sanity in tact. On the rare occasion she’ll go out, there’s very few places to actually go. The only reason she chooses the Diner, is because there’s a slim chance she might see her son.
Apparently, that chance would not present itself today.
Still, her appearance in the Diner had amused her, the stiffening of backs and the newfound tension in the air — she may be trying to change but that didn’t mean she couldn’t enjoy the fear her ‘loyal’ subjects adopted. How — cute. Her reverie broken by the words of a girl, Regina’s head turns to meet the strangers gaze with her own, and her brow raises as a soft smirk curves her lips.
“Pity it didn’t. I’ll have to try harder next time.”
—-And she laughs. Rose liked this woman already. All the attitude she prided in herself seemed to be mutual in this new addition to the diner. It seemed everyone knew it, considering she couldn’t cut the tension with a knife. Not to mention that all eyes moved to stare at the woman with what looked like nervous exhaustion. Her curiosity had been piqued.
’ I would stay to see that happen. ’
—-She mused with a sip of her coffee and a gentle flip of blonde locks. Two women who commanded attention just with their presence. Of course to her she seemed to be way above her in all but bravado. Though, the smell of her blood made her a little uneasy. It was almost unnatural.
